Welcome TUGAS!!!
Summary :
A "Flash
Mob" Gathering of Geocachers. This event is something like
that.
There is a
modification on the Flash Mob style that we do for this event: not
at 06:00 PM but at 10:00AM.
Only 15
minutes long! You MUST be present and sign a log sheet DURING this
time to claim the event. Please BYOP! (Bring your own
pen)
The event
will last EXACTLY 15 minutes, not one second longer.
The event will begin precisely at 10:00 on November 14, 2009. The
event will be held at Metro Station “Nuevos Ministérios”,
Madrid
Imagine you
are a muggle… You’re on “Nuevos Ministérios”, and then, at the same
time, everybody around start raising a flag saying Welcome Tugas!!
And just walks with it! 15mn later, the place is empty! What
happened here?
Plan:
At exactly
10:00 (as determined by the GPS clock) we will place a container at
the coordinates. At this point, all geocachers will converge,
seeming to come out of "nowhere" and start to show a flag, a flag
of your country.
the_Ateam (Pache) and other geocachers will hand out "log sheets".
Participants will sign the log sheets (which will later become a
log book), to qualify for attendance and drop them in a designated
collection box.
At
precisely 10:10, we will take a group photo.
Note:
Although participants are welcome to get together after the event,
the event will officially be over at 10:15. Afterwards, at the
meeting, participants may chat, meet, eat and plan for a day of
caching!!!
I'm sure
there will be several muggles nearby who will wonder "What did I
just see? What just happened?" (That's part of the fun!)
Notes:
This is not
a WWFM event… almost kind of!
We arrive
at Barajas at 09:00AM and leave to the downtown for a caching day.
Unfortunaly we couldn’t stay for a WWFM on Madrid because at
06:00PM we must be on Barajas again, therefore we create this one…

SUMARIO:
Una Reunion de geocachers "Flash Mob" . Este evento es algo
así.
Hay una modificación horaria con respecto al WWFM , haciendo este
evento, no a las 06:00 pm, pero a las 10:00 AM.
Con una duración de 15 minutos de duración! Debereis estar presente
y firmar una hoja de registro durante este tiempo para realizar el
ATTEND del evento. ¡Por Favor ! (Traeros vuestro propio
boligrafo)
El evento dura
EXACTAMENTE 15 minutos,
ni un segundo más.
El evento comenzará a las 10:00 h. AM, el 14 de noviembre de 2009.
El evento tendrá lugar en la estación de metro de "Nuevos
Ministerios", Madrid,
Imagina que eres un muggle ... Estás en "Nuevos Ministerios", y
luego, al mismo tiempo, todo el mundo levanta su
bandera diciendo
WELCOME TUGAS!! Y así camina con él! 15 minutos más tarde, el lugar
está vacío! ¿Qué pasó aquí?
Plan:
Exactamente a las 10:00 (según lo determinado por el reloj del
GPS), se colocará un contenedor en las coordenadas. En este punto,
todos los geocachers convergerán, que parecen haber salidor de
"ninguna parte" y empiezan a mostrar una bandera, una bandera de su
país.
the_Ateam (Pache) y otros geocachers mano "hojas de registro". Los
participantes firmarán las hojas de registro (que más tarde se
convertirá en un libro de registro), para dar como valida la
asistencia y recogiendose posteriormente las hojas de
registro.
Precisamente a 10:10, se tomará una foto de grupo.
Nota: Aunque los participantes están invitados a reunirse después
del evento, el evento será oficialmente sobre las 10:15. Después,
en la reunión, los participantes podrán charlar, reunirse, comer y
hacer planes para un día de busquedas de cachés!
Estoy seguro de que habrá varios muggles cerca que se pregunten
"¿Qué acabo de ver? ¿Qué ha pasado?" (Eso es parte de la
diversión!)
Notas:
Esto no es un evento WWFM pero ... casi!
Llegamos a Barajas a las 09:00 am y recorreremos la ciudad en busca
en cachés. Desafortunadamente no podíamos quedarnos de WWFM VI -
Madrid porque a las 06:00 PM tenemos que estar otra vez en Barajas,
por lo tanto creamos este Event ... no dude en unirse a nosotros en
este día!
