Geocache Description:

A trail mix jar in the woods, just off the highway with plenty of parking. Original contents pertain to police and other emergency operations. DUE TO THE HEAVY TREE COVER, PLEASE GIVE YOUR GPSr TIME TO SETTLE DOWN

This is the first in a series of Blue Light Special caches. Anybody who drives Hwy. 12 will tell you that this is one of the heaviest patrolled stretches of highway in the state. With a Washington State Patrol detachment in Morton and a Lewis County Sheriff's substation in Packwood, there is a good chance that you'll see at least a few officers as you make your through our area. Just remember to watch your speedometer and have fun.
