Geocache Description:

An unknown covered bridge exists near here.

Most people know of the Patrick Owen covered bridge in Rusagonish. But not to many know of this one. It is actually a minature that someone has made on their property. I stumbled across this one day and thought that it would be a great place to put a cache nearby.
The cache is actually placed on the opposite side of the river as the bridge. You will be able to see ithe bridge from near to the cache site.
This should be an easy cache to find but the terrain is a little uneven and sloped in areas. Be somewhat careful because of the incline towards the river..It should be pretty easy most times of the year but maybe more tricky in the winter.
There is also an old wire fence which may create a tripping hazard. Probaly not as bad as I am making it sound but I want to put out the warning in case.
The cache is an ammo can with some usual traders and log book. Please make sure that the container gets closed properly to ensure that the contents stay dry.

The small covered bridge can be seen from the concrete bridge on the main road if you can't seem to see it from near the cache site. I have driven in to see the bridge close up and talked to the neighbours. They did not mind that I was there at that time knowing that I came in to admire the bridge. Use your discretion if you do go in for a close up.

Good Luck and Happy caching.
