slingshot, ladder, buddy, climbing gear, trampoline,
hot-air
baloon, gripping tongs, stick
or
better
just
a folding ruler.

customs officers
are observing

No problem.
But beware of all the other white cars with blue lights,
and of
course of the trafic.
Best
time would be in the darkness: less cars.
