sbunch: This has been a really fun cache but it has been muggled too many times. It was a great hide according to all who found it but at the same time it seems it is way too obvious for the uninitiated. Thanks for the memories all who played.

Muggle trouble! Not only is the cache "container" unusual but there will be people everywhere, all the time!
EXTREME stealth required. A blocker/decoy person would be a good idea. Early morning or late night hours ideal.
Please return cache "container" to the hiding spot carefully so that it stays put. Also, if you could please log what time of day you made the find, including logging, am/pm or military time, I am very interested to know!
