All the locations, including the final, are on the same line of latitude - S34. This line of latitude governs the southern suburbs in my opinion and so I felt it deserved some attention.
This cache will require you to either drive or ride to the various locations in order to gather the clues for the final co-ordinates.

Q: What is the letterbox number directly to the right of the Trustees box? = B

Q: The street light has a plaque high up with a number on it. This number is 358X. C = X + 1
Stage 3: S34 00.000 E018 27.260
Q: From these co-ords you will see a fountain. This fountain has a plaque with the name King Edward VII and a date 9 August 190Y. A = Y + 7
The final cache hide is very near to S34 00.000 E018 26.ABC and the following clue will guide you right to it: A few meters NE of the outlet.
