This cache is located on Olmo Lane between Dixon and Davis. To reach this cache take Exit 69 (Kidwell Rd) off of I-80. If you are traveling West-bound you will see a lonely walnut tree on your way to the Kidwell Rd exit, that is the one!
Our Grandfather (Mr. Hazelbell) made us this cache container to use at our first solo hide. We've been looking for a spot near home that we can check on easily, we spotted this tree and knew it was the spot! Olmo road is not very busy, but you should still be very careful and of course don't try to get this from the freeway! You might need a simple tool such as tweezers to get the log out (but it is not a nano hint,hint). Thank you so very much for finding our first cache!
