Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the Beacon Trail in Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area. Approx. 1/2 mile from the trail head, this easy grab is located right off the trail.

This cache and White Tail Deer cache are both placed along this portion of the Tuscarora Trail as enticements to encourage you to visit Shanghai Beacon - The Highest Point in Berkeley County. The first half of this trail is wide and rocky. Near this cache the trail narrows down as it winds through the Mountain Laurel. The trail at this point is moss covered and beautiful!!

The gallery has a couple photos of the trail.

For those of you who like and easy to find cache along a nice clear path with no bushwacking - this one is for you. This cache is very close to the trail and it will very important to cover the cache completly to prevent it from being muggled. Thanks for rehiding well!!!
