Geocache Description:


OS stands for “Outsiders Series”
This is a series of caches that wanted to get into Roseville but couldn’t for one reason or another and felt a little slighted because of it. They had a meeting and decided to form a gang. The gang name they chose was “The Outsiders”. Their goal is to hangout on the outside edges of the city. They will wait for the Roseville cache’s to wander out of the city limits and then bully them. They have set up in strategic locations all around the city’s perimeter and they are laying in wait.

OS – William “The Leprechaun” McKenzie

Little William has a bad drinking habit. The other Outsiders have to check on him all the time because they are afraid what might happen to him. He is always close to his favorite watering hole and usually is found passed out in a hole near by. The other members have tried to get him into an AA program but he won’t have anything to do with it. William has had many problems in his younger days that have driven him into the state he is in now. Rumor has it that he couldn’t make the cut as a Roseville cache and that was what put him over the edge. Luckily for William he has found a group of people willing to watch out for him.
