A large cache near a nice swimming or fishing hole on the Murrumbidgee River.
Contrary to what your map might say, your start point for this cache is on Wallaroo Rd. Fitting name I thought for one of my caches. At S35 07.467 E148 57.534 there is a pedestrian gate, and you can also park your Geomobile next to this gate. From here you will need to go through the gate and head toward the river. This is the only point from which you can gain access to this cache.
Please be aware that you will be walking through a right of way access to the river. However, it is still someone’s land, and although you have the right to use it, please respect the area.
You will need to go through another gate on your way down the hill and then the area you are walking in will turn to the left. At S35 07.437 E148 57.285 you will find another gate that will give you access to the river corridor. This is a great place for a swim if the weather is warm enough, not to mention for caching!
