This is a simple cache placed to celebrate my 2nd annual Cachey Awards Event!
Located on the far side of the Heartland Forest, you are given an opportunity to explore the Forest and all it has to offer, from wonderful flora and fauna to the ungodly amounts of mosquitoes, deer flies and poison ivy.
Depending on the recent weather, this could be a simple grab, or a very wet one as the cache on the other side of a vernal pool....don't know what that is, then you will have to check the educational signage around the Forest to figure that out.
The cache is a camo'd 30 caliber ammo can with lots of room for trackables.
