Studied the map for closer parking to Thanks to Rat Fink. Saw Morgan Dr leads to the Old Johnson Rd for which I remembered signs along the trail to Deer Haven. Hmmm. I put the coords to the cache in my Nuvi ... Uh-oh ... it took me on I-93 S. Well I thought maybe this was close to Exit 11 ... WRONG ... the nuvi wanted me to pull over on the highway and drive off road the .16 to the cache ... HAHAHA
Silly Nuvi doesn't have to worry about explaining to the State Trooper that finding a cache is an emergency pull over
Needless to say I pulled in at the rest stop and punched in the intersection of Morgan Dr and Bow Bog Rd. I did have to go all the way down to Exit 11 but the Nuvi then directed me just fine
There is a gate to prevent driving on the Old Johnson Rd which is an old logging road and has lots of off road tread marks on it ... too rough for biking. Hannah & I hiked the .47 to Rat Fink ... Ahhh ... much better than the 1.36mi I thought we were in for
