A one kg peanut butter jar, which has been through the dishwasher multiple times, and should be safe for any allergy folks.
Not many places it could be hidden here, but the Jail just needs to have a nearby cache, and they didn't want it on the road to the complex. The are no tradeables that could be used for a jail break, but the cache will start with a Blue Racer TB which someone may want to use in a breakout.
Safe parking on the median crossroad, don't park on the Trans Canada. This ditch often has some water in it, so keep your eyes open if it has rained recently.
The cache starts out with a logbook, some tradeables, a pencil, a TB, and of course an FTF certificate.
