Dit is een fietsbrug, bovenop staan paaltjes, parkeer je auto ergens anders!
De cache is een kleintje dus breng zelf gereedschap mee.

"Just An(n)y Cache"
Na 500 gevonden caches wordt het hoog tijd om, aangespoord door de bevriende geocacher die mij hieraan verslaafd maakte, zelf mijn eerste cache weg te leggen.
Een traditional om te beginnen omdat waar hij woont de "simpele" oppikker de meest voorkomende cache is.
Hopelijk is dit de start van een hele serie "Just An(n)y Caches".
De locatie van de cache is op de fietsbrug vanwaar je uitkijkt op onze Turbo rotonde. Vroeger waren hier verkeerslichten, maar elke zichzelf respecterende gemeente in Nederland moet minimaal een rotonde hebben, zo ook Hilvarenbeek.
De rotonde bleek al snel een knelpunt te zijn met filevorming in de spits en toenemend sluipverkeer door het dorp. Daarom werd besloten hem om te bouwen tot Turbo rotonde. Hierdoor werd het echter een gevaarlijk punt voor de vele overstekende fietsers, vooral schooljeugd uit de omliggende dorpen.
Dus nu heeft Hilvarenbeek sinds april 2008 zijn eigen "Golden Gate" brug. Vanaf hier boven kun je zelf bekijken hoe sommige automobilisten nog steeds moeite hebben met het nemen van de juiste afslag en zich afvragen of ze in een soort "spiraal" terecht zijn gekomen.

The location for this cache is the cycle bridge from where you can watch our Turbo roundabout. In earlier days over here were traffic-lights. Like every selfrespecting village Hilvarenbeek had to have at least one roundabout.
It soon became a bottleneck, causing a traffic jam during rush hour and rat-run traffic in the village. They decided to reconstruct it into a Turbo rondabout. By doing this a dangerous situation was created for the traversing cyclists, especially school-children from the surrounding places.
Since April 2008, Hilvarenbeek has his own "Golden Gate" bridge. From this place you can watch some drivers still having trouble taking the right detraction asking themselves if they got stuck in some sort of "spiral".
