Geocache Description:

I’ve hiked Forest Park many times with friends and this is the first time I’ve biked it. This cache is located in the park alongside a sidewalk. You may have to leave the sidewalk but not very far. A person in a wheel chair might be able to access this depending on agility. Please reseal and replace carefully to prevent water intrusion. It’s not too far from the Visitor Center parking lot. You must bring a writing utensil.

Some additional points to consider in order to preserve the integrity of the hide: it's not in any sprinkler head; and please do not place anything in the cache container other than the log because that could interfere with the proper replacement of the container and give its location away. I've been getting reports of two cache containers here but that's not true. There's a thicker letterbox (it's not a hybrid) and then there's my thinner geocache container. So that there's no confusing the two...the geocache is on the second "post", the letterbox on the first "post".



NOTICE: Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching in the parks in jeopardy.
