Geocache Description:

The cache is a small container but you will need to be gentle with the resting resident to retrieve it. The cache only contains a log sheet. You will need to bring your own pen. Please reinstate the cache to how you found it.

There is off road parking near to the cache but you may need to travel some 300 metres along the road to get a convenient place to turn. In the vicinity of the cache you will find evidence of bygone sawmilling activities including water supply dam and saw dust heap.

PS a new gate has been installed at the entrance to W2 which will be closed during Peregrine falcon breeding season. This will mean a short walk to the cache site when the gate is closed

While here visit Petersons Outlook but mind the kids. There is another cache to find in this vicinity.
