Trove in the Grove Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Wilmer Wizards: I did have a really good look for this container in all the piles of grass cuttings and couldn't find it. We are sorry but no longer have the time to maintain this one.
Hopefully someone else will place a cache here!

This is a multicache in Grovelands Park. The park was
originally woodland. The earliest known owner of the estate was Mr Walker Gray at the end of the 18th century. The house was designed by the architect John Nash.

Now the park as it is has a good cafe, mini golf, lake with some interesting water birds, stream and 2 play areas ( one for children aged 8-13 in some lovely woodland).

14/1/11 WELLIES NEEDED!!

The park is well pathed, but near the cache they can be muddy in wet weather and not suited to wheelchairs.

The cache is a 2l container. We have used brown and green paint to camouflage it. We have hidden this new container at an area nearby, previous one disappeared probably muggled. You don't need to walk through any brambles or undergrowth to reach it, please replace carefully.

CITO would be welcome at times, we removed about 20 beer cans from a nearby part of the wood. It is otherwise a lovely park and the cafe is open every day at the moment.
