Geocache Description:


Aghagallon Old Cemetery.

On Rock Lane, this old cemetery is maintained by Craigavon Borough Council.

This is a nice quiet, remote location which is why I placed the cache here. I don't think you'll meet too many muggles here. I can't find much specific information about this site (any info is welcome), but to demonstrate the diversity of Geocaching, anyone interested in the flora of Ireland might like to know that about 10 metres north-west from the cache is a wild orchid - (orchis mascula), a fairly common early flowering orchid. Hence the rather contrived cache name.

The cache is a magnetic, medium sized container suitable for geocoins, travelbugs and swaps. This site is not suitable for wheelchair users.
