Geocache Description:

A fairly level walk over farmland footpaths to the banks of the Severn following the marked footpath. Expect grassy fields, muddy gateways and random cows. From parking to cache location the walk will take about half an hour.

Park by Mathern Church then follow the lane beside the restored Bishops Palace, then take the public footpath marked with yellow arrows. Please note that it follows the edges of the fields all the way, except the very last field where it goes diagonally across to the river bank. We have provided waypoints.
