This is a very easy cache and dash that I hid while on vacation in the area. The cache is placed on the property of some friends who will be keeping an eye on it for me.
While visiting friends in this area I noticed that there was a lack of caches in this area on the opposite side of the main road from the park. Some of the park caches are not readily available when the park is closed so I thought it would be fun to add another cache that is easy to get to and available all year. The best months to visit this cache will be June and July most likely when the nearby field of flowers will in bloom but anytime of the year is fine to pay a visit to this pretty little valley. My friends that live near the cache placement will be maintaining it so if the log gets full you can either send me an e-mail and let me know and I'll pass along the word to them or if you see them out and around their farm feel free to stop and have a chat with them and let them know.
From Laurel Hill Rd. you can continue S. on through some other beautiful holler's and hills into N. Carolina to a couple more caches in the area just be careful if you aren't from the area because the roads are really windy and narrow.
