Geocache Description:

A small cache at an interesting spot along the Buena Vista Trail in Almaden Quicksilver Park.

My daughter and I worked on this cache together and I've carried it with me for a while, looking for a good home for it. This section of the Buena Vista Trail is rocky and bordered by red, twisted Manzanitas. I've seen a whiptail here and had Turkey Vultures fly so close that I can hear their feathers. The cache is just off the trail. If you're careful, you won't have to trample any vegetation or come into contact with Poison Oak. The container itself is a camoed Pelican 1040 case. The prize for FTF is a Fenix E01 flashlight. The other original contents are: 2 Grimloc carabiners 3 keychain flashlights 1 small compass 1 Milspec Monkey velco patch 1 Orange lightstick Assorted toys my daughter added for kid cachers Log book and pen Thanks and happy hunting!
