The cache is costing too much money and is no longer worth the time or effort.

I picked up the two travel bugs and will get them moving again.

Geocache Description:


A Travel Bug Hotel in an Ammo Can in Downtown Hendersonville, YES, and they said it couldn't be done. This cache replaces "The New 25 & 176" because there just aren't enough Travel Bug Hotels and Motels available, especially inside a city.

So as you are cruising thru town and finding all the great caches in Hendersonville you now have a Travel Bug Hotel that is conviently located very close to downtown. Only a few hundred parking spots there for you.

UPDATE: May 9, 2010 -- The ammo can has been stolen so we installed a replacement container for now.

UPDATE: February 8, 2011 -- A new ammo can has been installed. Come and get it.

UPDATE: February 13, 2013 -- The ammo can is back in place and now sports a combination padlock. The combination is X - YY - ZZ. Clear it by turning dial clockwise two times and stop on "X", then turn dial counterclockwise to past "YY" then one more revolution and stop on "YY", clockwise again and stop on "ZZ" and pull apart.

UPDATE: June 17, 2013 -- Some idiot destroyed the lock so I bought a new combination padlock. The combination is 21 - 35 - 21. Clear it by turning the dial clockwise two times and stop on "21", then turn dial counterclockwise to past "35" then one more revolution and stop on "35", clockwise again and stop on "21" and pull apart.
