Thanks to Forest Park Forever. This is a wonderful easy walk, from parking should take less than 10 or 15 mins.
When the Corps of Discovery in 1804 embarked on a 2 year journey across this nation they launched from St. Louis. Since then St. Louis has been known as the Gateway to the west and used as launching point for pioneers, 49ers, explorers and homesteaders.
This is also a great cache to launch TBs on their journeys. Cache is filled with swag please feel free to drop and trade items. The cache is Plastic ammo container. Please rehide as found.

This is mostly handicapped accessible. Paved paths and flat ground will lead to within feet of the cache. But you likely need help retrieving container.
