
HISTORY
Ludlam Park was acquired by the city in 1953 and is
1.4-acres.
The park is named after George Ludlam and sits across the street
from Sunset Hills Elementary School.
DESCRIPTION OF PARK
Tucked among a row of houses and across from a local elementary
school, Ludlam Park provides a break of open space in this
neighborhood.
One of Lawrence's pesticide-free parks, Ludlam Park also houses
playground equipment, benches, and grills available for
public-use.
The amenities of the park include:
