Geocache Description:

Near the Welcome to Hearst sign at the East end of town.

Nice little grassy area with a picnic table, near the bridge over the Mattawishkwia River. Parking at entrance and along the side road. Nice place to throw in a line for some walleye, or a walk along the river. Interesting to watch in the spring, when the ice breaks up and rattles over the rocks and rapids !

Bring a pencil and sharp object to remove the log, as this is a micro cache.
