This little bovine is hidden in Blackwater Creek Nature Preserve. It likes to stay hidden north of the creek.
A green matchstick container is what you're searchin' for. Normally I wouldn't hide a micro in a wilderness area, but they're easier to carry when you hike in with an ammo can for my first placed multi.
This preserve host a small herd of cattle. I had returned to my vehicle after a recent hike in the preserve and found a note from the owner of the cattle, whom I'll refer to as 'The Ranchero'. I'm able to contact 'The Ranchero' if the need arises.
'The Ranchero' asked that if it all possible to please use the entrance to the preserve on Patrinostro Rd.(See parking coords.) There is a parking area and one picnic table for your use. There are no other facilities offered here, so be prepared. If you do park at this entrance, you will need to cross Blackwater Creek to get to the north side of the preserve There are no bridges, and you will have to get your feet wet. There is another access to the preserve on SR39. The gate isn't in the best of shape and 'The Ranchero' asked that we be easy climbing the gate. No wet feet at this entrance.
