Geocache Description:


Ihr parkt bei N 49° 23.688' E 8° 42.102'
und lauft ca 140m bergab nach N 49° 23.740' E 8° 42.027'.
Auf dem Weg nach unten fällt Euch der tiefe Graben links mit den vielen Sperrwerken auf. Wenn Ihr an dieser Schlucht weiter am Brunnen vorbei gehen würdet, würdet Ihr merken, dass der darin tröpfelnde Bach in der städtischen Kanalisation verschwindet. Würdet Ihr vom Parkplatz aus weiter nach oben am Bächlein entlang gehen, würden Ihr merken, dass Ihr auf der Speyrerhof-Almwiese herauskommt. Wenn es richtig regnet, oder wenn nach ordentlichem Schnee die Schmelze einsetzt, dann wirkt diese Wiese wie ein Trichter für das Wasser, das sich dann durch die Schlucht in Richtung Kanalisation zwängt und dabei alles mitreißt, was es findet. Damit das meiste davon nicht die Kanalisation verstopft sind die aufwendigen Sperrwehre angelegt.
Aber wir sind jetzt gerade am Brünnlein angekommen und zählen die drei Tröge angefangen vom ersten (das ist der, in welchen das Wasser aus dem Rohr fließt.) Ihr müsst da schon recht pingelig sein, denn den dritten Trog solltet Ihr zuverlässig ermitteln.

Zu dieser Brunnenserie gibt es einen Bonus-Cache, den ihr nur finden könnt, wenn ihr jeweils eine Frage zu jedem der sechs anderen Brunnen beantwortet und die Antworten miteinander kombiniert.

and walk ca 140m downhill to N 49° 23.740' E 8° 42.027'.
On the way down you might realize the deep ditch on your left with many weirs. If you pass the well downstream, you will realize that the small brook vanishes into a gutter. If you would walk upstream along the brook's valley you would reach the Speyrerhof-meadows. These work like a funnel. After a strong rain or melting of snow the rivulet grows into a raging torrent taking everthing along. The many weirs prevent blocking of the gutter downstream with debris.
But right now we just reached the well and count the troughs, starting with the first one (which is the one in which the water pours out of the pipe). Be accurate with counting, because it's the third one you should identify.
