Geocache Description:

A stand alone cache or you may prefer to make it part of a 10 Km circular walk around Hove Edge and Hipperholme, with some history along the way. Minor Roads, Public Footpaths and a disused servant’s entrance connects each of the 9 Hove Edge Circular caches, but you are advised to wear walking shoes or boots if doing the series on foot because it can get muddy in parts in the winter.
Please note that Till Car Lane and Rookes Lane are very narrow and in parts not suitable for cars.
We suggest therefore that the cache be approached on foot either from Lightcliffe via Till Car Lane, finding Hove Edge Circular #1 on the way, and following the path leads to Hove Edge Circular #3 and eventually the rest of the circuit.
The cache is located at the bottom of the small valley where there is a stream.
This is part of the Hove Edge Circular multi-cache so do not forget to obtain the code from the log book or container.
