OHIO SPIRIT QUEST

The "SQ" in the cache name above signifies Spirit Quest, a project by the Northwest Ohio Geocachers to distinguish those caches that are set in cemeteries or memorial gardens. This cache is part of that series created by NWOGEO members to highlight cemeteries or memorial gardens in the area. Please be respectful of the area, and observe their rules and posted hours which are typically sunrise to sunset.

Welcome to "Henry County Home Cemetery"
Also known as "Potter's Field"

This cemetery is located northwest of Napoleon, Ohio, as was once where those whose passed away at The Henry County Home were buried. The building is still there just north of the grounds at the corner, still in use today.

A local gardening organization has created a small walking park next to the cemetery with a few little benches and wood chip paths.
