Salamanca-Cache for a Cause Traditional Cache

Once part of the EMGT, this cache should be an easy one. The terrain is flat, but rated higher since it is not paved and the last few feet may have thorn bushes, etc. It's about a .25 mile walk from an area where you can pull off the road.

The Enchanted Mountains GeoTrail (EMGT) ENDED October 31, 2013, after four great years!

The geocache hidden at the posted coordinates is a regular geocache that was part of the Enchanted Mountains GeoTrail (EMGT). This trail was a project of Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning & Tourism and the Enchanted Mountains of Cattaraugus County.
It had been developed to encourage visiting cachers and residents to explore the hidden parts of Cattaraugus County as they travel the highways and byways of the Enchanted Mountains. Please be sure to check out the newer geotrail, the NY Amish Geo Trail (NYAGT)!

This is our first cache placement We hope you enjoy the nice little walk and the trail. The Pat McGee trail has parking a little ways south of the cache, but there is room to pull off where the trail crosses the road and the walk from there is just under .25 miles north. Coordinates for both parking areas are below.
