Geocache Description:

This cache is a simple offset multi.

The given co-ordinates will take you to a plaque celebrating the completion of Phase 1 of the much debated Lancaster and Morecambe Bypass. The date on the plaque will reveal the final location as follows:

The clipbox will accommodate small swaps, TBs or coins. You should be able to reach the cache from a wheelchair, but please advise if this is not possible so we can amend the listing. Please take care when approaching the cache site as you have to cross a very busy road. Crossing points with dropped curbs should help with this.
