Geocache Description:

I wanted this cache to be another AMTG but the site is not good for that size container. This Ankle Biter is different from others in the series in that it is on a plant.

I have passed the item in the big glass box since I moved to Gainesville in 1975. It made me wonder if folks showed such extreme respect when someone was still with us. The item is beautiful and I can imagine it being pulled by horses with large black plumes on their heads. The sound of the horseshoes clopping on Gainesville's brick roads, the swishing of black dresses and the sobs of women left alone.

This cache would require those that are mobility challenged to get some help. They could still view the cache and get the extra credit.

If you take a photo of yourself with the item in the box, you can post it when you log an "extra credit log". In order to do this you must have completed the normal find and sign cache near the site.

The Ankle Biters tend to get wet logs. Please replace if you have paper and PLEASE close the tube tightly. Thanks!

Thanks to Broomhilda1 I now know that the bush is a potocarpus.
