guardian14: stopped by the cache today and I couldn't find it. there are a couple of chairs with a 'no trespassing' sign on the back of one. so I guess the site is compromised and I won't be replacing it.

Once upon a time, Napanee was a quaint, quiet small town.
Population was around 5000...then overnight it seems, signs proclaiming the new and improved Napanee appear in the far flung corners of the county. What was 5000 is now 14000 (or 15000 depending on the sign ) and Napanee has hugely expanded it's borders.
keep a lookout.
we have seen bald eagles cruising the far shoreline while waiting for the return ferry.
Cache container is big enough for geo-coins or a small TB, but not much else. Please re-hide as found, using provided cammo.
parking is available on the shoulder. or in the small lot nearby.
can be a fairly busy area at times. Please be stealthy as needed.
The terrain rating is for the last 2-3m up to there it's paved.
