Central Plaza Traditional Cache

The cache is located in the garden outside Central Plaza, which is the second tallest skyscraper in Hong Kong.
Unusually, the building uses a triangular floor plan with an Apex on the 75th floor which, according to Wikipedia, houses the world's highest church!
On the top of the tower is a four-bar neon clock that indicates the time by displaying different colours in 15 minute intervals, blinking at the change of the quarter.
This is a magnetic nano cache so please bring your own pen!
