Geocache Description:

Cache is located at Half Moon Lake Natural Area. Access is from Township road 584, then North on Range Road 232. There is no signage until you get right to the entrance. Going straight is private property and is marked no trespassing. Take the small dirt road to the left throught the trees. You will come up on a small parking area and trail head.

Cache is located approximately 2.5 km from parking, the area has a well defined loop trail, most of it very sandy so bring proper footwear. There are many amazing Jack Pines that you just have to see in person to appreciate. Do the full loop to grab other caches in the area. At many times your GPSr may point the cache as directly behind you, just keep following the winding trail and you will eventually get there. Cache is located 5m off the trail - DO NOT BUSHWACK! Location of hide will be easy to spot. Enjoy!
