THE WREAKE VALLEY Mill 7 Traditional Cache

This is the seventh cache of a circular walk through the Wreake Valley. The walk starts and finishes on MIll Lane, Frisby-on-the-Wreake.
From the river follow the marked path back across the fields towards Frisby.
Keep the railway on your left. After finding the cache continue in the same direction to the end of the field. Take great care when crossing the line. Trains whistle a warning since this is a very popular walk. Follow the wide track which joins up with Mill Lane.
On your right is the Mill House, once a former corn mill, now a private residence. Many local artists are attracted by its pond, shutters and mill race which runs under the house.
Continue along the road.
