"It's a funny thing about Tiggers," whispered Tigger to Roo,
"how
Tiggers never get lost."
"Why don't they, Tigger?"
"They just don't," explained Tigger. "That's how it is."

Kill Creek Streamway Park is
part of the District’s ongoing efforts to develop linear
parks along major streams in Johnson County. In addition to
conserving drainage systems, assisting in flood control, and
reducing property damage, the park provides trails and open spaces
for such leisure pursuits as biking, jogging, picnicking, and
nature hiking.
Park open dawn to dusk. You will be hunting a large plastic
screw-top container that is camo'd to blend in with its
surroundings.

Letterboxing 101 -- Just a stamp, inkpad, logbooks, and pencil.
This should be an easy find. WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOU USING
YOUR OWN STAMP IN ADDITION TO SIGNING THE LOG, IF YOU OWN ONE. You
can get stamps and inkpads from arts and craft stores. Seasonal
stamps are often less than a dollar. Use the stamp in the box to
stamp your logbook/journal or whatever. LEAVE THE TIGGER STAMP, the
inkpad and the logbook in the cache. Take only your stamp, your
journal and, if you have one, your inkpad.
One of the characteristics of traditional letterboxing (it has
origins back to the middle ages) is using clues to find the "hide,"
without the aid of a GPS. We have included a set of "old school"
instructions, as well, for your caching/boxing pleasure.
LETTERBOXING CLUES:
1.)Start from the parking lot of the 95th Street Access to Kill
Creek Streamway Park. There may be closer access points, but you
may be tresspassing on private property to access in some
cases.
Also be aware that the clues are written as if heading to the cache
from the parking lot.
2.) Go to the information kiosk. It is approximately .46 miles from
the cache. Continue forward on the paved trail towards the
woods.
3.) Look for the red 300 painted at the front edge of a metal
bridge about .33 miles from the cache. Continue along the paved
trail toward your objective.
4.) Walk under both bridges for K-10 highway along the paved
trail.
5.) At roughly .17 miles from the cache, look to your left side.
You will see a brown lamp post and a sign with an orange band on
its back. Also a trio of flag poles at the front of a building with
"Makers of Chinet" on the front of it.
6.) Follow the curves of the trail until you come to a clearing on
the left side. You will see the back end of the Hughtamaki factory
and a white tank/tower. You are about 100 feet from the cache at
this point.
7.) Turn left at tall tree on left side with no branches and
stubbed head. Take 10-12 paces up the slight change in elevation.
Look for the fallen tree trunks.
8.) Tigger is resting under some bark chips roughly 15 feet off the
trail on the left side.
At the time of this placement, we did not see ticks, thorns,
snakes, or poison ivy - but this is Kansas, and as we all know,
stuff changes seasonally
