This hill is south of Payson, but has glorious views in all directions. It is named because it is directly west of the foundation of an old cabin (Clementines Cabin) which was the reference point for a former geocache that was archived after being muggled.
The cache is reached from the Peach Orchard Trail. Finding the cache should be straightforward: it's at the top of the hill. The difficulty will be in getting to it. There's an easy way and a hard way to the cache.
Easy Way: Park at the Gila County Trailhead,

then hike the trail to the first Waypoint. From here, head up the hill to the second waypoint, then on to the cache. Even if you hike the Peach Orchard Loop from another direction, I strongly recommend hiking to the first waypoint before you leave the trail.
Hard Way: park anywhere you want, and hike straight towards it. If you go straight to the cache from the west, consider the terrain to be a 4+.
Once you've hit the top, take a look around at the scenery. You can see Payson and the Mogollon Rim to the North,

Oxbow Estates to the South, and to the Northeast are the Granite Dells. If you're a mapophile like me, take a topographical map up to the top for localizing other landmarks such as Gibson Peak. You can see the location of the nearby Stewart Pocket Stash (GC18323) to the Northeast. This is also a great place to view the Mazatzal Mountains.

You may even see wildflowers in the spring..

There's also several other caches on the Peach Orchard Trail:

8/3/09 Update: Payson Americana, the cache referred to above has been found. To claim both from the Gila County Trailhead is 3 miles roundtrip.
