Hidden at a beautiful spot in Ellison Provincial Campground, this cache is in a large tobacco plastic container. Approaching the cache you will have a super view of Okanagan Lake and the beaches of Ellison Park. At the cache location you will find moss, ferns, lichen and even coral bells.
We found ourselves camping at site #68 at Ellison this Mother's Day, and when we followed the path that led from the campsite, found this great view and hiding spot. What better thing to do on Mother's Day then put out a cache? So I made a phone call home to request my daughter to bring a container and some swag from our basement when she came out to join us.
Either follow the paths from campsites 67, 68 or 70 OR if these sites are occupied, go between sites 68 & 70 where you'll see a slight path which joins up to the main trail.
