Geocache Description:


Located in a state wildlife area not far from the Three Lakes area. Parking very near the cache in the DNR-designated lot. Hunting is allowed in this area, so be aware of your surroundings during those times of the year.

Some nice prairie restoration is going on nearby, and off in the distance you can spot the lakes. Nice area to spot deer, pheasants, and turkeys. Cache has room for log and pencil, but no room for trade items.

The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Baldwin DNR office of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager. The DNR Notification form and land manager information can be obtained at the Wisconsin DNR website.
