Your are looking for a camo taped bison tube. B.Y.O.P.O.P.

Please replace exactly as found. Enjoy the waterfront area. Watch for muggles especially during the Music Festival Season. My last container, a nice DECON container, was victim to a muggling at the 2009 Folk Festival.
