ake11b: I set out today to re-open this cache but after seeing the damage in the area decided not too. It looks like nature (and neighbourhood children) have caused some serious damage in the area. Please consider it closed and the area available for someone else..

Geocache Description:

A micro cache in Whitby near Thickson Rd. It is near a small walking trail that can get fairly busy. This trail is not cleaned in the winter but you could still get to the cache.

Preferred parking and trailhead is at N54 52.825 W78 54.762. There is very limited parking available.


Alternative parking and trailhead is at N 43 52.935 W 78 54.895. There is more parking available here but the walk will be longer. Please bring your own pen.
