Another Cap Sante Cache Traditional Cache

IMPORTANT:::This is the fourth cache hidden near this location; please take extra special care to hide it well.
This cache is located on Cap Sante; Cap Sante has the best view of Anacortes.
BE ADVISED: Rocks are slippery when wet, Keep Children close as the edge is not far. extra care has been taken to keep cache a good distance from the cliff edges.
Also: I don't suggest doing this cache at night
PLEASE do not go past the metal fence posts as it will become quite dangerous.
Now about the cache. Please use stealth as many muggles hang out near the cache.
The hint is a riddle, as I do not want this to be to easy, but any experienced cacher should have no trouble.
