Geocache Description:

Another childhood memory.
My Granparents had a converted railway carriage they used as a summer home nearby.
The road it was on was a dead end and had a wee croft at the end. Many a happy time was spent milking the cows by hand, collecting eggs from the hens and guinea fowl.
In the morning I would run down to the croft for home-made oatcakes and milk that was still warm as it had just came from the cow.
Happy Days indeed. I can never remember it ever raining for the few weeks I spent there each summer.
All my early years I thought Kinellar was near Glasgow. Well thats what my Grandad told me.
