milosheart: Time to archive this one. There is construction going on in the area and a new home built very close to the cache so we've pulled it out.

Located off an ATV trail by the hydro line that parallels Brookside Drive and St. Mary's St.
The best way to get to the cache is from Brookside Drive. The owner of Brookside Storage has given permission to access the power line from the back of his parking lot, as long as you identify yourself as a geocacher, if asked.
The ATV trail is muddy and full of alders and stubs where they've cleared it. It's very uneven and difficult to walk through so use care. Turn left at the "Slow" sign.
The cache is small, well camouflaged but in plain sight.
Please make sure the top is on tight and rehide as found.
