Archie Ventura III Traditional Cache

Third time trying to set a cache in this location. I put this one out of sight, but will tell you exactly where it is so hopefully you can retrieve it with as little chance of detection as possible.
Park in the lot at the southwest corner of Thompson and California. It is marked Firestone Parking Only, but you should be back to your car in ten minutes. If you're uncomfortable with that, park on California, east of Thompson.
Walk on the sidewalk, and stop just as you get to the rail. The cache is under the bottom rail right next to the pole. It's a tiny container held up by a magnet. When you pull down the cache, the magnet will stay under the rail. When you put it back, the ring has to hit the magnet
