The listed coordinates are NOT for the cache but will bring you to a National Forest boundary sign. The cache is located 10-20 yards from this sign and is attached to the closest guardrail. (Offset caches do not have a dedicated icon so must be listed as Multi-caches.)
The closest parking is at N 35° 36.998 W 82° 15.027; a short rough "road" leads to a small clearing at the trailhead. An alternate parking area which would increase the Terrain rating to 3 is at N 35° 36.887 W 082° 13.788; then follow the trail to Catawba Cache (GCF3AA) and somewhere near Catawba Hike and Grab (GC1G31Q) veer off onto a trail to the right and up.
