With so little time to go out searching for caches these days, we figured it was appropriate that we place a cache that's themed on time.
The initial coordinates used to lead to a good parking spot, which has since been closed off. Find a safe parking spot nearby, and walk the rest of the way. You will still need to project from these coordinates.
All that is required to find this cache is the ability to read a clock, and software or a GPSr that can project the true bearing and distance. The distance to the cache is approximately twice the calculated bearing. Hence the final coords are also an approximation
