DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS FROM THE NORTH BOUND LANE!

I was curious about this spot for a while now.
Stopped to check it out, and discovered this little area.
Cache is a small lock n lock camoed to hopefully blend in.

Please take care removing cache and replacing it so as to not damage the hiding spot.
