Cabey: It is with great regret that we have had to come to the decision to archive this cache.
While the geocaching community have been FABULOUS about helping us with maintenance, it appears that the locals are well aware of the cache and replacements are almost immediately muggled.
Thanks to everyone who found it and wrote nice comments.
An even bigger thanks to those who didn't find it and replaced it for us.

A small micro at the Eastern Entrance/Exit to Pofadder

Cabey Snr has some amends to make...

A couple of years ago, he was preaching a sermon about the calling of the disciple Nathanael. When Philip tells him about Jesus of Nazareth, Nathanael answers: "Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?" (John 1:46)

To try and illustrate the meaning of the phrase, Cabey Snr said "It's like saying 'Pofadder! Can anything good come from there?" There was a movement in the congregation and someone, with a smile in their voice said "Well, _I_ was born there!" As you can imagine, the congregation burst into laughter and the point about having pre-conceived ideas was powerfully illustrated and the bustling metropolis of Pofadder badly slighted by the minister!

So, this cache has been planted by Cabey Snr (with the rest of the family's support) to make amends to this little town - for even preachers can judge the book by the cover!
